Answer: Absolutely! > Do my orders actually arrive?
Answer: Yes! As previously mentioned, there's nothing better than checking the various feedbacks from our customers on our social media: @personalizadoglobal
In addition, we have a 4-month Warranty Insurance from the purchase until delivery in your hands!
> Are the products imported or are they ready for delivery?
Answer: ALL of the stock is ready for delivery!

> Do you have a physical store?
Answer: Since we ship directly to the entire world and have a greater reach to our customers, at this time we only work online through our website, marketplaces and also through our social networks!
But who knows, maybe soon we can open a mega store for you, huh?!
> Do you sell on other platforms? Ex: eBay, Amazon, Etsy
Answer: At this very moment we are only selling through our official website and social networks!

> Which carrier is my order shipped by?
Answer: Your orders are shipped exclusively by post (UPS, DHL, FEDEX and USPS) safely, quickly and conveniently to the entire world!
> What are the payment methods?
Answer: You can pay securely with STRIPE using a credit or debit card from all major card brands and through Apple Pay and Google Pay!
> How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Answer: All orders are processed (the time for separation, packaging and shipping to the carrier) between 2 and 6 business days (does not count as delivery time and does not include weekends and holidays), after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
In the case of customized products, the deadline of 1 to 3 calendar days must be respected for the completion of the customization (which also does not count as delivery time).
Our delivery time varies from 8 to 18 business days depending on the shipping model chosen at the time of purchase and whether the product is ready for delivery or will be customized. All this information is previously provided on the product page and at checkout!

> How do I track my order?
Answer: You can track your order directly using the link containing the tracking number of your order received by email or also via the ParcelsApp website: https://parcelsapp.com/ and the 4Tracking Net website: https://www.4tracking.net/
> Does my purchase have a warranty?
Answer: Absolutely! You have a 30-day warranty or 4 months of insurance (purchased at the time of purchase directly through checkout)
> I want to exchange or return my order, how do I do this?
Answer: You have 30 days to exchange or return my order for free!
Or 7 days if you change your mind or cancel your purchase FROM THE TIME YOU RECEIVE THE ORDER.
And all these rules are under the Consumer Rights Law.
To proceed, simply send us an email to support@personalizadoglobal.online requesting the exchange or return of the product and we will assist you!
> I bought something but want to cancel it, what do I do?
Answer: If you want to cancel your purchase, let us know within a MAXIMUM of 30 minutes (within our business hours) so that we can analyze and proceed with the cancellation and refund before the order is shipped by the carrier (in this case, only after receiving and returning it).
If your order has already been shipped, don't worry! You will receive your product normally and as soon as it is received in the condition it was sent and packaged, we will generate a REVERSE LABEL for you to return the product, which will be received by our quality control team and you will immediately receive 100% of your money back without any problems!
And in the case of orders and products made on demand (customized) by the customer at the time of purchase, CANCELLATION IS NOT ALLOWED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW!
